Included in every rental

Every e-scooter and e-bike is handed over with the same kit. Each item below is part of the rental price shown on the hourly and daily table, so nothing here appears as a surprise charge at collection.

    Helmet

    A helmet in your size, required for riders under 18 and recommended for every rider. Ask at the pickup point if the first one does not fit.

  • 02

    Lock

    A cable lock for stops between routes. Park at marked racks and lock the frame to a fixed object.

  • 03

    Phone mount

    A handlebar mount that holds phones up to 6.7 inches, so route guidance stays visible while you ride.

  • 04

    Third-party liability coverage

    Cover for damage caused to third parties during your rental, arranged with our insurer. Rider-caused damage to the vehicle is handled separately at collection.

  • 05

    One battery swap

    One battery swap per 24-hour daily rental, collected at any pickup point during opening hours.

Pick the city, the pickup point, and your ride window. We keep the vehicle at the station you choose and confirm by phone or email within 15 minutes, 09:00 to 21:00 daily.

Bring a valid ID. Riders must be 18 or older, one rider per vehicle. Helmets, locks and a phone mount come with every rental.
